We have invested in this platform to provide a modern, satisfying, and convenient experience. This is a part of our effort to provide superior customer service and offerings to City of Seymour residents and to strengthen the connection between citizen and government. - Your utility bill is due by the 20th of every month. CLICK HERE to pay online.
- After the 20th, a penalty of 10% is assessed.
- Shut offs are on the 4th of every month at 9 am. Balance PLUS penalty must be paid by 3 pm of the same day to have utilities reinstated by 5 pm.
- Failure to receive a utility bill DOES NOT mean a payment is not due.
