We are excited to announce that the City of Seymour has adopted FrontDesk, a web-based platform that gives our residents access to a variety of tools to interact with us in one convenient place. We have invested in this platform to provide a modern, satisfying, and convenient experience. This is a part of our effort to provide superior customer service and offerings to City of Seymour residents and to strengthen the connection between citizen and government. Sign up TODAY for FrontDesk:

  • Your utility bill is due by the 20th of every month. CLICK HERE to pay online.
  • After the 20th, a penalty of 10% is assessed.
  • Shut offs are on the 4th of every month at 9 am.  Balance PLUS penalty must be paid by 3 pm of the same day to have utilities reinstated by 5 pm.
  • Failure to receive a utility bill DOES NOT mean a payment is not due. 
    NOTE:  If you have a service interruption during business hours, please call 417-935-4401; after hours, weekends and holidays – call 417-935-4200.
