Request for Bids

The City of Seymour is accepting sealed bids for the EECGB Project. The deadline to submit sealed bids is August 22, 2025 at 5:00pm. Sealed bids will be opened on August 26, 2025 at 6:00pm. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

Sealed bids can be dropped off at Seymour City Hall, 123 W. Market, Seymour, MO 65746 or mailed to: City of Seymour, PO Box 247, Seymour, MO 65746. Please make sure the sealed envelope is marked “EECGB Project”.

Potential Bidders are encouraged to bid on any and all parts of this project. Parts of this project includes:

Law Enforcement Upfitting for the Tesla Model Y (for specifications please contact City Hall)

Dual Level 3 EV charging station
